- The Phase-I test will be of the Objective kind (Multiple Choice Questions).
- Each question will receive an equal 1 (one) mark. Each incorrect answer will result in a negative marking of one-fourth (1/4) of the total mark allocated to that question.

Candidates who are shortlisted for the position of FCI Manager are offered a competitive compensation package. Managers in category II will receive a beginning basic pay of Rs. 40,000/- per month for a 6-month training period.
